je ne comprends toujours pas: cette image était hébergée sur le forum, donc de taille acceptable; si je fais un copié collé elle devient tout à coup trop grosse, alors que si je copie l'adresse de l'image ça passe tout seul (normal)

Quand tu passes par un copier/coller, ton système d'exploitation (Windows 95, Debian, Arch Linux...) met dans ton presse papier une copie du rendu de l'image affichée (le fameux "image.png"), pas le fichier source ("grokit.jpg"). Donc suivant comment il fait sa tambouille, le fichier généré peut être d'une taille différente de la source. Ça j'y peux pô grand chose.



Contournement possible : augmenter la taille limite des images, mais à 1Mo par image ça commencerait à être costaud, ou regarder du côté des plugins de recompression côté serveur.

J'ai installé phpbb-autoresize sur l'environnement de test, c'est pas top top pour l'instant.

En tordant un peu le machin ça a l'air de faire le taf. Je l'ai mis en place ici pour avoir un test grandeur nature. Le forum devrait accepter des images de taille indécente et les retailler en 2000x2000 max avec l'aperçu qui va bien. Par contre ça va charger notre cher petit serveur plus qu'il ne l'a jamais été. À voir à l'usage si l'on voit une différence.
